Amy’s Inkin Krew Occasions Catalog/Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop

Hi Stampers, today I am participating in my FIRST ever blog hop with Amy’s  Inkin Krew. Today our challenge was using something from the NEW Occasions or Sale-A-Bration Catalog.  I  could not resist the darling bee from Dragonfly Dreams and inked him up for my share today.

  • Ink the bee on each square of Whisper White paper

  • Color the body of the bee with your Daffodil Delight marker or the NEW watercolor pencils.  Use the soft sky Stampin Marker to add some depth to the wings.
  • Fussy cut the bees that you stamped on the scrap piece of Whisper White card stock.
  • After the bees are cut out, attach them to the inked bee on the white squares.
  • Adhere all the squares with fast fuse and attach to the long piece of daffodil delight paper
  • Adhere the art piece to the card base with dimensionals
  • Make a bow with more ribbon and attach with a glue dot

  1. The bees look like they are getting ready to fly off the paper. Like I could reach into the computer and touch them!

  2. Oh my goodness! I love this – those bees are wonderful and I love the addition of the candy dots. Perfectly done, Kristi!! 🙂

  3. Congratulations on nailing your FIRST blog hop with Amy’s Inkin Crew. It’s a great card–you brought those bees to life.

  4. This is so, so pretty! I love everything about it. And that bow is perfectly tied – so impressed (I consider bows my nemesis).
